You need an expert when waterproofing sensitive areas.
In this project, Toyo Seat Corporation chose Buildrite to waterproof their power supply room at Sta. Rosa, Laguna. We were referred to them by one of their workers after their roof deck coating was severely damaged.
When they contacted us, we went to the area for an ocular inspection. Through our observations, we recommended several solutions to their problems.
One of which is the application of CLEVER SIL, a water-based, polyutherane waterproofing system for roof decks. As you can see in the picture, the result is a stunning roof deck with excellent waterproof capabilities.

Clever Sil has excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV, and weather resistance properties. It can be applied without a topcoat in areas with low to medium foot traffic.
