DESCRIPTION
BUILDRITE SILOX 101 is a water-dilutable silane/siloxane emulsion water repellent treatment for use on mineral substrates such as brick, stone, concrete and mortar.

3.785L container can cover 0.20 L/sqm per coat
For use on neutral and alkaline mineral substrates that require water repellency such as:
- Concrete and mortars
- Brickwork
- Natural stones
- Paver
- Precast concrete
- Cement fiberboards
- Water repellent - excellent penetration capability due to small molecular structure
- Matte finish - maintains natural appearance of the substrate
- Anti-efflorescence - prevents chalk-like salts from escaping the surface
- Mold resistant
- Breathable – allows high degree of water vapor permeability
- Chemically bonds to the substrates
