The local architectural and construction community came together on March 10, 2026, for the grand opening of the Buildrite Hub and Sinclair ProStore at Unit 10–11 E Prime Commercial Building, Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite. The event featured a traditional store blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the launch of a new retail space that brings construction chemicals and innovative paint solutions together under one roof for professionals and homeowners in the area.

February 27, 2026 — Buildrite Hub & Sinclair ProStore officially opened its doors in Bacara Road, Brgy. 13, Gen. Segundo Ave., Laoag City, bringing trusted construction solutions and high-performance Sinclair Functional and Decorative Paints closer to homeowners, contractors, engineers, and builders in Ilocos Norte. The new store, operated by franchisees Mr. Alvin Chan and Mrs. Elisse Chan, offers the local community convenient access to a complete range of reliable building and finishing products for every project.

From Laoag City to San Ildefonso, the Buildrite Caravan made a powerful stop in Ilocos last February 27–28, 2026, bringing innovation, expertise, and opportunity straight to the hands of architects, masons, foremen, and painters. The first leg gathered 35 industry professionals at Shakey’s M.H. Del Pilar, followed by a strong turnout of 100 attendees at Selah Vie Resort Hotel for the Buildrite Caravan in Ilocos Sur. It was two back-to-back evenings dedicated to empowering the very people who build our communities from the ground up.
