Franchise Manager


 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and support daily operations across all franchise stores.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
  • Responsible for the acquisition, evaluation, and onboarding of new franchisees.
  • Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support franchisee needs.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Lead training programs and operational improvements for store personnel and franchisees.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic plans to management.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to franchise concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and operational execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Franchise Operations, Retail Operations, Business Development, Store Management, or Multi-Unit Operations.
  • Experience in franchise management, retail network expansion, or store operations is highly preferred.
