
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily operations across all franchise stores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Responsible for the acquisition, evaluation, and onboarding of new franchisees.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to support franchisee needs.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Lead training programs and operational improvements for store personnel and franchisees.
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic plans to management.
- Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to franchise concerns.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and operational execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Franchise Operations, Retail Operations, Business Development, Store Management, or Multi-Unit Operations.
- Experience in franchise management, retail network expansion, or store operations is highly preferred.
