Marketing Division Head


 

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across all product lines
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and KPI setting

2. Trade Marketing Management

  • Oversee trade programs, dealer/distributor engagement, and in-store execution
  • Develop promotions, incentives, and merchandising strategies to drive sell-through
  • Ensure strong presence across retail, hardware stores, and distribution channels
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align trade activities with volume targets

3. Trade Marketing Management

  • Drive demand generation campaigns targeting contractors, engineers, architects, and project owners
  • Develop B2B marketing strategies including product launches, technical seminars, and activations
  • Strengthen brand credibility through education-driven marketing (e.g., demos, training, academy programs)
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints

4. Creative Team Leadership

  • Oversee development of all marketing collaterals: digital, print, video, and on-ground materials
  • Ensure creative outputs align with brand identity, tone, and campaign objectives Guide concept development for campaigns, product launches, and social media content
  • Maintain quality control and innovation in all creative executions

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment
  • Support product innovation through market insights and customer feedback
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and marketing communication

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate studies in Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines is an advantage.
  • At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or Commercial Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
