Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide training for the newly hired employee regarding basic knowledge about construction chemicals
- Attend monthly trainings for continuous development
- Conduct testing for new products and validation of existing products (In-house and field test)
- Responsible for the validation of the first draft of technical data sheet (TDS)
- Coordination with specialty contractor for supply and apply projects.
- Conduct actual on-site inspection and preparation of methodology report.
- Responsible in the initial evaluation of accreditation of specialty contractors and sub-contractor.
- Responsible for the monthly checking and monitoring of the tools and equipment.
- Conduct research and provide input in the campaign for "Magtanong para Sigurado" social media blog and Youtube Videos
- Conduct training for specialty contractor and sub-contractors thru Buildrite Academy
- Ensure that departmental KPI and process KPI are met
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in construction chemicals, technical services, quality assurance, product testing, construction materials, or field engineering.
- Knowledge of construction chemicals such as waterproofing, tile adhesives, grouts, repair mortars, coatings, and concrete admixtures
