A basketball court on a roof deck?
In this project, Crossworld Trading used CLEVER SIL and POLYCOAT FLEX for the roof deck of a residential house in Oton, Iloilo City. The owner wants to waterproof the roof deck, and, at the same time, create a makeshift basketball court. They previously used a cementitious-type waterproofing but did not apply a topping, which is why it quickly delaminated and failed.
When the contractor and the owner learned about our products and this particular system, they immediately decided to use them. With our technical assistance, they now have a durable waterproofing system and a basketball court.
