LOOK: A factory slab in Cebu was repaired using Buildrite products!
In this project, Engineer John Young of Hi-Speed Construction decided to use HARDCRETE 510 to repair concrete spalling on the slab of a factory in Cebu Light Industrial Park, Lapu-Lapu City. They need a screed that can be applied around 10 to 15mm but can still achieve 4,000 to 5000 psi as the area is frequently subjected to heavy traffic and load.
So, we recommended CONFIX LV as a bonding agent and Hardcrete 510 as a repair mortar for the damages. After learning its advantages, Engineer John agreed to use it. So, our technical team assisted them during the application process.

Hardcrete 510 is a pre-packed repair mortar designed for resurfacing, patching, and repairing large areas. It can be applied at a minimum thickness of 10mm to achieve a 5000 psi compressive strength. It is a non-shrink and rapid strength-gain mortar.
