The event featured a traditional store blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the launch of a new retail space that brings construction chemicals and innovative paint solutions together under one roof for professionals and homeowners in the area.
Owned by Archie Arvin T. Rojas and Alpha Joyce D. Rojas, with Janette Cabingan serving as Operations Manager, the new facility aims to make reliable construction chemicals and next-generation paint technologies more accessible to contractors, architects, engineers, and builders. The store serves as a convenient hub where customers can find trusted products, practical solutions, and technical support for their construction and finishing needs.
The opening was attended by members of the United Architects of the Philippines Laguna Chapter, led by Chapter President Philip Reginald Lai. Joining the celebration were architects Arniel Caesar Idos, Jose Angelo Lagman, Juanito Beredo, Jonathan Banzali, Laddie Gallo, and Nathaniel Monzones, together with B4 District Director Gerelson Bernardino.
