Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc. Partners with MPCTI for Community of Care Summit 2025

Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc. (MGHI), in partnership with Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. (MPCTI), successfully convened the Community of Care (COC) Summit 2025, a two-day gathering held on November 27–28, 2025, at Greenfield Tower, Williams Street, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City.

The summit brought together 150–160 hospital leaders and frontliners from 25 MGHI partner hospitals, including Quality Managers, Customer Service Heads, Facility and Maintenance Heads, Hospital Engineers, Infection Control Nurses, and Safety Officers. The event highlighted the crucial role of support service teams in creating safe, efficient, and patient-centered hospital environments.

Anchored on the theme of alignment between people, processes, and standards, the COC Summit emphasized how behind-the-scenes excellence directly shapes every patient journey—ensuring cleanliness, safety, and consistency across hospital operations.

Among the highlights, Sinclair Dr. PAINT and other Magna Prime solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities were showcased by Magna Prime’s NPD, Randy T. Odullo, demonstrating innovations designed to enhance infection control, durability, and maintenance efficiency. The summit was further honored by the visit of Mr. Rhais M. Gamboa, President and CEO of Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc., who dropped by the Sinclair Booth to engage with partners and participants.

The Community of Care Summit 2025 reaffirmed MGHI’s commitment to empowering hospital teams, strengthening operational excellence, and elevating the standards of care—because exceptional patient outcomes begin with excellence behind the scenes.
