Architects from the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Cavite Coastal Chapter recently visited Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc.'s plant in Camangyanan, Santa Maria, last March 14, 2026, for an exclusive plant tour and product experience, reinforcing the strong connection between design professionals and the science that powers modern construction.
The visit was led by Ar. Raymund Corcuera, President of the UAP Cavite Coastal Chapter, together with fellow architects Ar. Luciano Bakuco, Ar. Alan Dennis Gomez, Ar. Cashmere Abutan, Ar. Sherwin Cornejo, Ar. Arol Arcilla, Ar. Ralph Eusebio, Ar. Rene Richie Corcuera, Ar. MJ San Jose, Ar. Lorna Tabang-Lao, Ar. Divine Saril Concepcion, Ar. Blint Joseph Adier, and Ar. Daniel Gamat.
During the visit, Magna Prime presented its credentials, technologies, and portfolio of construction and finishing solutions through its flagship brands, Buildrite Construction Chemicals and Sinclair The New Generation Paints. The program also featured a product familiarization and experiential segment, allowing the visiting architects to see and understand the science behind waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, and advanced paint technologies used in modern building environments.
