Responsibilities:
• Conduct Job Induction for new hire employees.
• Develop and establish a standard skills competency matrix for all job positions.
• Issuance of skills competency matrix for assessment of Department Managers / Heads.
• Identify training gap analysis based on the assessment results of the skills competency matrix.
• Prepare annual training and developmental interventions whether by formal training, awareness, coaching, or mentoring.
• Organize and facilitate training execution such as notice of training, materials, venue, food, equipment, and related matters.
• Safekeeping of training materials and devices.
• Ensure proper monitoring of training records and calendar of training activities.
• Monitor and facilitate post-training evaluation to check training effectiveness.
• Provide support to the HRD Manager on learning and development of organizational structure such as but not limited to succession planning and quality management system requirement of knowledge management.
• Prepare monthly attainment reports.
• Perform cross-functional duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
• 3-5 years experience in the related field
• Knowledgeable in training need analysis, organizational development, and people management skills.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
