BULACAN, Philippines – Magna Prime Chemical Technologies Inc. celebrated its 24th Founding Anniversary on January 24, 2025, with two significant milestones aimed at advancing the construction industry. The celebration, attended by distinguished guests including Santa Maria Bulacan Vice Mayor Pablo "Eboy" Juan, featured the inauguration of the Buildrite Academy and the ribbon-cutting of the Philippines' first Modified Silicone Manufacturing Facility.
The Buildrite Academy is a new program designed to elevate industry standards by providing hands-on training in tiling and waterproofing for engineers, architects, and contractors.
The event also marked the opening of the Philippines' first Modified Silicone Manufacturing Facility, developed in partnership with Kaneka. This facility, which will produce advanced sealants with superior flexibility and longevity, solidifies Magna Prime’s leadership in construction innovation. The new facility and the academy underscore the company's commitment to setting new benchmarks in construction excellence and addressing diverse industry challenges with groundbreaking products.
