Developed in partnership with Kaneka Corporation Japan, the new facility utilizes Kaneka MS Polymer, an advanced hybrid sealant technology that combines the best properties of polyurethane and silicone. The result is a durable, flexible, and weather-resistant solution designed to meet the demands of modern construction.
The Modified Silicone Polymer offers numerous benefits, including superior adhesion, mechanical strength, and UV resistance, along with eco-friendly properties such as low VOCs, no shrinkage, and excellent bonding on damp surfaces. Its faster curing time and paintable finish further enhance its efficiency and application.
