We don't use fiber mesh when waterproofing. Yes, we're that confident about our exposed waterproofing membranes.

In this project, the roof deck of Maxitech building in Pio, Makati City suffered from leaks due to the failure of a fiber-meshed waterproofing membrane. After careful inspection, the roof deck wasn't properly sloped. So, after removing the failed waterproofing material, we used CEMENT GRIP and HARDCRETE 310 to create a slope. We also used LEAK PLUG for the corner joints and HANDY FIX for the pipes. Then, we applied SAPAL RTU for the parapet walls and EPOCOAT MB + CLEVER SIL for the roof deck floor.

Clever Sil and Sapal RTU are ready-to-use waterproofing membranes that are already flexible and durable enough even without using a fiber mesh. Learn more about roof deck waterproofing:
