If you want your roof decks to last, here's what you can do!
In this project, the entire roof deck of a rest house in Tabugon Carles Island, Iloilo City was waterproofed using Buildrite products. First, they used CEMENT GRIP and HARDCRETE 310 to patch some of the concrete spalling. Then, they applied SAPAL RTU on the concrete balusters and ledges. LEAKPLUG was then used on all corner joints. Finally, EPOCOAT MB and CLEVER SIL were applied to the roof deck slab.
With the help of our Buildrite technical team, the application process was done right and the owner, Mr. Sonny Cadubla, was very happy with the gorgeous result.
