Water seepage on walls? We got your back! Literally.
In this project, CL Lao Design and Construction Inc. had to solve one of the most infamous waterproofing and finishing problems in the country — efflorescence. The project is a two-story commercial building in Poblacion District, Davao City. Due to the adjacent building close to the wall, they can't apply a positive side waterproofing, which is why the wall suffers from water seepage and efflorescence.
After learning that there's a product that is specifically invented for such situations, the contractor immediately reached out to Buildrite. Our technical team did a thorough site inspection before recommending the right system.
