Classrooms with polished floors looks really cool!
In this project, Silver Dragon Construction needed to achieve a polished floor finish for a classroom of Lacarlota City College. As a loyal client of Buildrite, they immediately reached out to us to ask for help.
Our technical team had an ocular inspection, and after seeing some imperfections on the floor, we recommended using HARDCRETE 303 Skim Coat for Floors before using FLOORTEK S to achieve a polished concrete finish. We also assisted them during the application process to make sure that everything will be done right.
With Floortek S, they were able to quickly achieve a polished, mirror finish while saving time, cost, and labor -- compared to using the tedious traditional methods of polishing floors.
