This house was repainted and waterproofed using Buildrite products. Now it looks band new!
In this project, Lmn2 Trading Philippines used Buildrite SAPAL 2IN1 and SAPAL RTU with SINCLAIR ACRI-COLOR to waterproof the exterior walls and parapet walls of a house in Southville, Las Piñas.
First, the cracks were repaired using Sapal 2in1. Then the entire exterior was repainted using Sapal RTU mixed with Sinclair Acri-Color to achieve the client's preferred color. Since SAPAL RTU can already act as a primer, waterproofer, and final coating, they were able to save material cost, time, and labor. Moreover, SAPAL RTU is considered to be one of the most durable exterior waterproofing material, with excellent UV resistance, elasticity, and crack-bridging capability.
