SILOX 101 - Ar. Reynald P. David (Quezon City)

< Back to List: Case Studies

Walls are usually protected by different coatings such as latex paints and concrete sealers. But protecting and retaining the natural look and color of the wall cannot be attained using these products.

One of our clients, Ar. Reynald P. David trusted Buildrite in one of his projects in Quezon City. He used Buildrite SKIM COAT (GRAY) to achieve the natural, smooth finish concrete look of the wall. To protect the wall damage and to preserve natural color and beauty, he used Buildrite SILOX 101 as the topcoat.

Silox 101 is a water-dilutable silicone-based emulsion water repellent treatment for use on mineral substrates such as brick, stone, concrete, and mortar. It dries to a matte finish leaving your concrete walls looking natural. Silox 101 will penetrate and provide water repellency by chemically reacting with the  substrate. Treated substrates are hydrophobic and retain their original appearance and have excellent resistance to weathering.
