In this project, TSquare Builders used Buildrite SOLID CURE for the foundations of a residential building in General Santos City, South Cotabato. Engr. Nonoy Tan decided to use the product because of high strength and non-shrink property, which is perfect for supporting load-bearing structures.
Buildrite Solid Cure is a highly flowable, non-shrink grout that can achieve 8,000psi compressive strength. It is a cement-based, high-strength expanding grout specially formulated for structural grouting operations, where positive expansion and non-staining characteristics are required. Solid Cure can also be used as a repair mortar for concrete honeycombs.
