QUEZON CITY, Philippines – Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. proudly received multiple awards at the National Inventors Week 2023, held at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The company was recognized for two of its flagship products: Buildrite PLASTERLITE Lightweight Insulating Plastering Mortar and SMARTBOND FLEX Flexible Tile Adhesive.
Inventor Derrick Tan, President and CEO of Magna Prime, was also presented with the "Gawad Galing Award" for his significant contributions to the industry. This prestigious honor acknowledges his role in bringing impactful inventions to market and accelerating the pace of innovation within the construction chemical sector. These awards from the Filipino Inventors Society (FIS) also serve as a testament to the high standards of quality that Magna Prime products and services provide.
During the event, Inv. Tan addressed his fellow inventors, encouraging them to be inspired by the mission of helping others and to recognize the importance of educating the public about advancements in the Philippine construction chemical industry.
As an active member of the Filipino Inventors Society, Magna Prime has a history of innovation, including winning the Second Best Invention award in the Utility Model category at the National Inventors Week 2019.
