The whole building was waterproofed and painted using Buildrite SAPAL RTU!
In this project, Aljomitri Corporation decided to use Buildrite Sapal RTU to waterproof the exterior walls of an apartment building in Gagalangin, Tondo Manila. Since Sapal RTU can already act as a primer, waterproofer, and final coating, they were able to save material cost, time, and labor. Moreover, Sapal RTU is considered to be one of the most durable exterior waterproofing material, with excellent UV resistance, elasticity, and crack-bridging capability.
