In this project, we'll tell you a story of how we helped solve a problem and turned someone into a brand advocate.
As part of our Magtanong Para Sigurado campaign, we're also answering questions from construction and house renovation groups on Facebook. One day, we came across a post about concrete spalling on a ceiling, asking for a solution to such a problem. Through our customer service team, we answered his question and recommended CLEVER SIL as the waterproofing solution for his roof deck. And then, we also recommended using CONCRETE PATCH V to repair the spalling on the ceiling.
After several days, the client reached out to us and sent these pictures. He was very happy about the results. He said that, as an engineer, he also recommended Buildrite to his clients and friends because of the quality of its products and value-added services.
