QUEZON CITY, Philippines – Magna Prime Chemical Technologies Inc. recently gathered over 300 engineers, architects, contractors, and construction enthusiasts for a technology launch event, where it introduced new innovations poised to reshape the industry. The event highlighted the new products from the Buildrite and Sinclair brands, positioning them as "game-changers" in the local market.
During the launch, Inventor Derrick Tan, the company's Founder and CEO, led the presentation of the new products. He provided a detailed explanation of the science behind Buildrite's Blockout Pro Series and the creative vision behind Sinclair's Makaw Obra. In his address, Tan shared his vision for the industry, promising to continue educating professionals on the correct use of construction chemical products and methodologies.

The event's keynote speaker, Arch.
